Under Construction // Driftwood

Driftwood is a boutique collection of three luxury apartments in Little Manly, Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

The project responds to its distinctive coastal setting through a considered approach to privacy, natural light, landscape and enduring materiality. Three individual homes are carefully woven into the steeply sloping site, creating a quiet and refined piece of residential architecture within one of Manly’s most secluded enclaves.

The design balances contemporary coastal architecture with a strong connection to landscape, creating generous, light-filled interiors and private outdoor spaces. Natural materials and carefully considered detailing give the homes a sense of permanence and understated luxury.

Driftwood is currently under construction with completion targeted for 2028.
